About Mollycupcakes

Mollycupcakes was launched in the summer 2006. We stock a range of products from other companies and a unique range of hand pained items designed by Catherine Short.

About Payment

We accept credit and debit card payments via secure online Paypal payments. If you would like to pay with a personal cheque then please email sales@mollycupcakes.co.uk with your order details and we will send you an invoice.

About Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders on the day after receipt of the order, unless the order contains made to order items, in which case we aim to dispatch the order within four days (depending on the size of the order). If we are unable to dispatch your items in this time we will keep you informed.

If you live outside the UK and wish to purchase items from us, please contact us at sales@mollycupcakes.co.uk, detailing the items you wish to purchase and your address. We will then supply you a postage price.

About Returns

If for any reason you feel an item is not what you expected then please email sales@mollycupcakes.co.uk. We will happily refund the cost of the returned items, minus postage costs, assuming that the item is in the same condition as when it was dispatched.

Trade Customers

We offer trade prices on items designed by Catherine Short. Should you wish to enquirer about trade prices please email sales@mollycupcakes.co.uk with your business details and we will send you a trade price list.
